HOA Fees

The fee for being a part of the association is $125, due by the 10th of each month. The fees collected pay for things such as: lawn care, leaf pickup, maintenance of outside structures (like roofs), maintenance of common areas, annual parties for residents, etc.  You may pay it in person, or drop off the money in the drop box of the office front door. Please do not leave cash in the drop box; instead, use a check or money order. We also take e-checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. This may also be done over the phone.

Management Committee

The Grandview Acres Management Committee is composed of 5 elected individuals who are owners and residents at Grandview Acres. The Management Board elects a President and Vice-President from among its members. The committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at the office to discuss things such as finances and resolving the concerns of owners. If you have an issue that you would like to be brought up at the next meeting, you are invited to write a letter to Cheryl to get your concern on the agenda.

Lawn and Leaf Care

Lawns are mowed by Galindo Lawn Care every Thursday/Friday, unless weather does not permit.

Outside Watering

While technically part of the common areas, you are responsible for watering the immediate area around your unit. Most units have built-in sprinklers and require little effort. The water comes from Pineview Reservoir and is provided from April to October at no charge to the owner.

Trash Collection

The owner is responsible for establishing trash collection services. Trash is picked up every Tuesday morning (except holidays) by Ogden City Utilities. Please have your cart on the street by 6:30 AM to ensure pickup. Carts are to be stored near the unit out of sight as much as possible. Please return your cart to its storage location by Tuesday night to help keep the neighborhood looking clean. This is especially important during the winter months, as the snow plows will ruin carts if they are left out on the road. Please allow 5 feet of space between carts so the truck can easily pick them up.
